  • Special clinics for marginalized communities such as migrant workers and LGBTQ+ individuals

  • Case management, benefits navigation, and referrals

Volunteer With Us – Medical or Non-Medical, All Are Welcome

PHWC relies on a committed team of volunteers to provide care and keep the clinic running smoothly. We’re always looking for:

  • Medical professionals (physicians, nurses, dental hygienists, mental health providers, massage therapists, etc.)

  • Non-medical volunteers (receptionists, interpreters, administrative help, and more)

Whether you're retired, in training, or working part-time, your time and talent can make a real impact.

All PHWC volunteers are covered under federal malpractice insurance through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Donate Medications, Medical Equipment & Clothing

PHWC usually accepts donations of unused, unopened, and unexpired medications and medical equipment that may help our patients.

We also usually accept clean, gently used clothing in good condition, with a particular need for warm winter clothing during the colder months.

Please call us first at 802-479-1229 before bringing any donations. Our needs and storage capacity change, and we want to make sure we can use what you have to offer rather than receive items we cannot accept or distribute.
