Berlin, VT – A cherished Vermont tradition made a triumphant return on April 12 as the Great
Green Mountain Bob Dylan Wannabe Contest once again brought music, community, and
purpose to the Capital City Grange—raising nearly $2,500 to support the People’s Health &
Wellness Clinic (PHWC) in Barre.
After a multi-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this long-running event was joyfully
revived with a crowd of over 150 attendees and 12 talented performers delivering heartfelt Bob
Dylan covers.
“As the man himself once said, ‘I’ll let you be in my dream if I can be in yours,’” said Daniel
Barlow, PHWC executive director. “Thanks to this support, everyone who participated is now
part of our dream—a dream of a community where no one is denied healthcare because they
can’t afford it.
